Wow, looks like your machining has taken a step up in quality! Nice work!
Have you driven on it yet?

it looks both complicated and very cool!
The above is actually the long stock diff shaft version for my 1/32 AutoArt Lamborghini. Here is the shortened axle shaft Epoch prototype, shown with the LIT wheels for fun. To use Epoch wheels all you have to do is hollow out the inside, but for now at least I’m fond of the LIT wheels for a change.
Cdog; haven’t forgoton your CB.
Arch; got your email, will email back soon.

That's soooo sweet, any testing done yet? Those Lit rims look awesome, but i can't think of an epoch body style that would go with them.
About how many tries did it take you to get that epoch prototype out? I'd guess quite a few to get the motors to mesh perfectly.
Not even close to finished.
With a set of dial calipers and a little math the gear spacing is pretty easy, it’s shortening and rethreading the axle that’s difficult. But the big success is that it can be done and will work, now we just need Kyosho to come out with a LIT ball diff.
The one great disappointment so far is that the Fiat body won’t fit on an Epoch, the front end of the Epoch chassis sticks too far out in front of the wheels. From the photo’s it’s not looking good for the Daihatsu Copen either but the Morris Mini Cooper is a definite maybe and that’s the one I want.

True but I like them anyway; photo shows the front of a Grey Levin with a set of SuperSlicks tires on LIT wheels, with the LIT ball bearings, hubs and axles screwed into Epoch knuckles.
Cut out Epoch wheel showing how they mount on LIT hubs with ball bearings on Epoch king pins.

Of course that doesn’t look very good, but then instead of cutting out the whole center you can always leave just the spokes.

Or if you want you could...

Off topic, but did you ever reveal "MAX" ?
Not really, besides the Mini-Z lit diff Shotgun might just have the edge.

I've got a 1/32 Mini onto an Epoch with the steering clearance being the usual issue, but it still works, so a 1/28 will work nicely.
How does the release of the LIT bode for that narrowed motor pod I enquired about a while ago?
